This report by The House Shop is based on a ‘secret shopper’ exercise to evaluate the success of accessibility measures on 15 developments in London providing accessible housing for the disabled community, with startling results.

It found poor understanding of design standards, such as Lifetime Homes and Wheelchair Housing and very little awareness of what constitutes ‘accessibility’.
