Overseas property professionals from more than 100 different countries will be congregating in London on November 26th and 27th to attend the culmination of this year’s International Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television. Rarely, if ever, has such a gathering of influential leaders come together in one place for such an important event celebrating the commitment, staying power and success of all those at the pinnacle of the global property industry.Established 16 years ago, the International Property Awards is the world’s most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the most outstanding property professionals across the entire globe. A series of regional gala events are held during the year in various prominent locations such as Singapore, London and Dubai where winners are presented with their respective awards.
The top scoring finalists from each of these regional competitions (covering the Americas, Arabia, Europe, Africa, the UK and Asia Pacific) will now be flocking in eager anticipation to the Royal Lancaster Hotel in Hyde Park to discover whether or not they have won an ultimate ‘World’s Best’ award. These cover more than 36 different categories and include both the residential and commercial property sectors.
The two-day networking event will take the form of an exhibition with seminars given by leading companies such as Bloomberg, Google, FIABCI, the Construction Industry Council and the National Federation of Property Professionals.
Additionally, Day Two will feature the presentations for both the UK Property Awards and the Americas Property Awards during the afternoon followed by a champagne reception and grand gala dinner where the International Property Awards will be presented to the World’s Best in each category. Bloomberg Television will also be interviewing representatives from many of the international companies attending the event.
