a third of the total &#8211;\u00a0discovered that they are not the frustrated \u2018can\u2019t afford to buy\u2019 group that some suggest typify the rental sector.<\/p>\n<p>Reflecting London&#8217;s diverse workforce, over 17.5 of the respondents were expats living and working in the capital.
