In these cases, the decision as to how much work to allow the tenant to initiate will depend entirely upon the practical constraints related to the completion of the building itself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is crucial to define the missing elements in the practical completion of the shell and core works and have them certified by the landlord\u2019s contract administrator.
