This new facility had been heavily advertised in the Town Centre, with statues of a <i>Despicable Me<\/i> minion and the <i>Frozen<\/i>s snowman\u00a0sitting outside the art gallery (now those statues have a\u00a0happy <a class=\"wl-entity-page-link\" title=\"homes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thehouseshop.com\/property-blog\/home\/\" data-id=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl0502\/entity\/home;http:\/\/rdf.freebase.com\/ns\/m.01l0mw;http:\/\/dbpedia.org\/resource\/Home\" >home<\/a>\u00a0in the cinema itself).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">There is also no shortage of eateries in the Southwater area, with a Zizzis, a Nandos, a Pizza Express and the recently revealed Hungry Horse and Wildwood restaurants either having opened or opening soon. The area also includes an 85-room Premier Inn, a new library with over 25,000\u00a0bookstand\u00a0a Butters John Bee set to open on August 16th. A launch party was scheduled for August, but is now going to happen sometime in the Autumn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">This <a class=\"wl-entity-page-link\" title=\"projects\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thehouseshop.com\/property-blog\/public-housing\/\" data-id=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl0502\/entity\/public_housing;http:\/\/rdf.freebase.com\/ns\/m.0184vk;http:\/\/dbpedia.org\/resource\/Public_housing\" >project<\/a> was suggested a decade ago, and the <a class=\"wl-entity-page-link\" title=\"Land improvement\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thehouseshop.com\/property-blog\/land-improvement\/\" data-id=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl0502\/entity\/land_improvement;http:\/\/rdf.freebase.com\/ns\/m.0gjvr_;http:\/\/dbpedia.org\/resource\/Land_improvement\" >improvements<\/a> to the area have taken around two years to build. It has been\u00a0great\u00a0success so far, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shropshirestar.com\/news\/2014\/07\/31\/telfords-southwater-building-sees-15000-visitors\/\">with nearly 15,000 people flocking to the new Southwater building during its first two weeks<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Whats more, the Southwater area isn&#8217;t the only part of the Telford Town Centre about to undergo improvement, with\u00a0<a class=\"wl-entity-page-link\" title=\"Plan\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thehouseshop.com\/property-blog\/plan\/\" data-id=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl0502\/entity\/plan;http:\/\/rdf.freebase.com\/ns\/m.018jrr;http:\/\/dbpedia.org\/resource\/Plan\" >plans<\/a> for<a href=\"http:\/\/www.shropshirelive.com\/2014\/08\/04\/telford-shopping-centres-southern-quarter-plans-revealed\/\">\u00a0the Southern Quarter having been revealed<\/a>. The large green <a class=\"wl-entity-page-link\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.thehouseshop.com\/property-blog\/building\/\" data-id=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl0502\/entity\/building;http:\/\/rdf.freebase.com\/ns\/m.0cgh4;http:\/\/dbpedia.org\/resource\/Building\" >building<\/a> that once housed a DIY store is being demolished, to be replaced with new shops and restaurants, and an outdoor area for people eating at those restaurants.
