As expected, <a class=\"wl-entity-page-link\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.thehouseshop.com\/property-blog\/london\/\" data-id=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl0502\/entity\/london;http:\/\/sws.geonames.org\/2643743\/;http:\/\/rdf.freebase.com\/ns\/m.04jpl;http:\/\/yago-knowledge.org\/resource\/London;http:\/\/dbpedia.org\/resource\/London\" >London<\/a> showed the largest increase with a 3.2% rise from March 2014 to March 2015 \u2013 4 times as much as the increase for Welsh renters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When we look at the regional break down for the percentage change over the 12 months to March 2015, we can see that the North East and Yorkshire and The Humber showed the smallest increase of just 0.4%. This pattern has earned this group the <a class=\"wl-entity-page-link\" title=\"property owner\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thehouseshop.com\/property-blog\/title-property\/\" data-id=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl0502\/entity\/title_property;http:\/\/rdf.freebase.com\/ns\/m.01gzht;http:\/\/dbpedia.org\/resource\/Title_(property)\" >title<\/a> of \u201cBoomerang
