The second is that no rules are set in stone. However there are a few truisms, which could make or break the sale:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do\u2026be prepared to answer questions and open your house on short notice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 2015 homebuyer wants to peruse a home on his or her own <a class=\"wl-entity-page-link\" title=\"Contractual term\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thehouseshop.com\/property-blog\/contractual-term\/\" data-id=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl0502\/entity\/contractual_term;http:\/\/yago-knowledge.org\/resource\/Contractual_term;http:\/\/rdf.freebase.com\/ns\/m.02rfhkx;http:\/\/dbpedia.org\/resource\/Contractual_term\" >terms<\/a>. And they want to contact the buyer and ask the questions THEY want to ask, cutting through the flowery descriptive terms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Don\u2019t\u2026leave it too late to make changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The little annoying jobs that can wait for another day must be fixed now. A richer diversity of buyers can be reached more quickly through social media including YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and others.
