which tumbled to a 31 year low against the US dollar this week in the continuing fall-out from last month&#8217;s European Union membership referendum &#8211; means the price of such <a class=\"wl-entity-page-link\" title=\"Home\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thehouseshop.com\/property-blog\/home\/\" data-id=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl0502\/entity\/home;http:\/\/rdf.freebase.com\/ns\/m.01l0mw;http:\/\/dbpedia.org\/resource\/Home\" >homes<\/a> are 10 per cent cheaper, building consultancy group Arcadis said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">It claims there has been &#8216;a bounce&#8217;
