font-size: 10pt;\">After years of stagnation, price falls and growing economic problems, two pieces of good news finally came out of Spain this week.\u00a0According to new figures from the National Statistics Institute, there was a large rise in <a class=\"wl-entity-page-link\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.thehouseshop.com\/property-blog\/property\/\" data-id=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl0502\/entity\/property;http:\/\/rdf.freebase.com\/ns\/m.05wrt;http:\/\/dbpedia.org\/resource\/Property\" >property<\/a> sales in August 2010 compared to the corresponding period in 2009.\u00a0And, in addition, unemployment fell in the country for the first time since 2008.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;
