Rare Opportunity. These houses hardly ever come on the open market.

3 bed semi, measuring 111 square meters (1,195 square feet) offering lounge, dining room, downstairs WC, bathroom. Even the smallest of the three bedrooms will accommodate a double bed. Lovely views across open fields out the back. One minute's walk to huge green, where kids can play and people can walk their dogs. The road is quite narrow and speed is controlled by speed bumps. Hardly any traffic on this road, as only comprising of 21 properties. So kids are safe to play out and cats are safe to roam. Small friendly neighbourhood. The house is situated on the edge of Kirton Lindsey, a historic market town, where Catherine Parr, the sixth wife of King Henry VIII, once lived. On foot you can reach the shops, pubs, post office, chemist, surgery, pottery, chip shop, cafes etc in less than twenty minutes. It takes about three minutes by car to reach the quaint market place. The house was built in the 1950s and retains some of that style. It probably was modernised some time in the 1980s judging by the kitchen and bathroom. A new oil boiler was installed in 2025. The house does have cavity walls.
Kirton Lindsey is well connected. There is a small railway station and the town is within easy reach of A roads and the motorway network. Scunthorpe, Lincoln and Gainsborough are nearby conurbations.
There are lovely village primary schools in the area, and some local secondary school kids attend Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Gainsborough.
