      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I am looking for a student to replace myself in a 4 bed student house in Easton, Bristol. \r\nThe room is a small double with a large window and wooden floor, furnished with a large wardrobe, two drawers, two lamps, a mirror and a rug. There are a few picture frame/hooks on the wall and coat hooks on the side of the wardrobe and back of door. \r\nThis house is in council tax band A. As a student, council tax will be excluded once you provide your council tax certificate. Bills are excluded, the current rate using Housr is &#163;96 per month.\r\n\r\nThe house itself is stunning, with dimmable lighting in the open living room/kitchen space, with a kitchen island, dining table, comfy sofas and a TV! AND a lovely garden with seating and plant beds. There is space for laundry, a washing line and many kitchen utilities (kettle, microwave, hob, oven). You will be sharing a bathroom which is upstairs (along with the other three bedrooms) with two people.\r\n\r\nThe house is on a reasonably quiet street in Easton where there is parking availability. It is a 5-minute walk to Stapleton Road train station and a 5-minute walk from Stapleton Road high street, where there are several bus services. It is a 15 minute bus ride to city center. It is also a short walk from a few friendly pubs (like the Sugar Loaf) as well as supermarkets Iceland and Lidl.\r\n\r\nWe are all 2nd year UWE art students (based in City Campus), I need someone to take my room as I am no longer studying! The other three students are Jonny (he/him), Maya (she/her) and Carly (she/her), all lovely people who love art, music, games and taking care of the lovely house we are blessed to be renting. We are sometimes greeted with the neighbours&#39; cats, who are friendly and like to roam the garden.
