The room includes a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bookshelf, and is for single occupancy only. Ideal for a PhD student, intern, or young professional who works outside the home Monday to Friday - please note this room is not suitable for anyone working from home. We ask that lodgers are tidy, respectful, and independent, and that they do not bring friends or visitors back to the house; the property is also strictly non-smoking. Our home has an entrance hall, piano room, large kitchen with dining area, downstairs toilet, family bathroom upstairs, and an ensuite in our bedroom. There’s also a beautiful garden with a large art studio, which includes an additional toilet. The living room is for family use only, and resident parking is available nearby. We are both artists, and I am a lecturer in Fine Art whilst my partner works at Trinity College, Wren Library. We’ve rented rooms for many years and enjoy welcoming considerate lodgers who value a calm, friendly household. We share our home with two friendly dogs, Alfie and Sonny and my three grown-up children, who all live in London, stay with us from time to time. It is located close to a late opening supermarket (Sainsbury&#39;s Brooks Road / Coldhams Lane). There is extra storage space available in the loft and garage.\r\n\r\nThe What3Words website address is &quot;Scouts Issue Trial&quot;. The actual location as displayed on the Spareroom website&#39;s generated map is inaccurate by about 20m.
