The flat is only about a minute's walk away from a late opening Tescos. It is also conveniently close to many bus routes, or a ten minute walk to Streatham Hill train station. Even better, it's a short bus ride to Brxton - an area renowned for its energy, diversity, shopping and markets, bars and myriad restaurants.
All the major bills - electricity, gas, Council Tax, water charges and fast internet - are included in the rent. I own the property , so there are no agents involved and no hidden extra fees. However in order to pass the tenant referencing process, you will need to be in a salaried job with payslips, and able to demonstrate a decent salary (or have your rent guaranteed by a parent etc)
I take a deposit equivalent to 5 week's rent, and will insure this money through the government-approved My Deposits scheme. The property will be let on a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy for a minimum of six months, though hopefully you will be planning to stay longer than that!
