We have a comfortable furnished double room available in our lovely Victorian house in BS4, Priory Road.\r\n\r\nWe are a couple and live in the house ourselves, so this is a room within our home rather than a separate flat or property. We’re looking for someone who would enjoy being part of a friendly, relaxed household while also having their own space. We also have a dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a him. \r\n\r\nThe house has plenty of room to share, including two reception rooms, a large kitchen/diner, a mature rear garden and a separate garden room.\r\n\r\nThe room is furnished, with a built in wardrobe and the house has plenty of communal space, so there’s room to relax together or find a bit of peace and quiet when you want it.\r\n\r\nWe’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate and respectful, and who would fit comfortably into a relaxed home environment.\r\n\r\nThe house is easily accessible to local shops with amenities nearby and has good access to Bristol city centre and Temple Meads.\r\n\r\nIf this sounds like the sort of home you’re looking for, please get in touch and tell us a little about yourself, what you do and what you’re looking for in a house share.
