The flat is a decent size, modern and has a private outdoor terrace that is shared with 2 other flats. It is in a great location (in my opinion one of the best spots in Bristol!) and has great access to bus and train routes. The room itself is a double room, is the smaller of two bedrooms in the flat, has great natural light, and comes part-furnished. Rent is &#163;700pm, with bills being roughly &#163;150pm. The Landlord will only rent the room to professionals.  About me, I’m a 32 year old female professional who works in insurance (the fun kind) . I’m friendly, tidy, considerate and easy to get along with! It’s a great location — roughly between Airbus, Southmead Hospital and within easy reach of UWE. The neighbourhood is peaceful, just down from Millennium Green, with free parking outside.\r\n\r\nI’m Mark, 44, working full-time (and often out a couple of evenings a week). I’m looking for an emotionally mature, kind and considerate professional to share the flat on a long-term basis.
