      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hello,\r\n\r\nThis is a male house share, and we are looking for working professionals, who are clean, respectful and easygoing.\r\n\r\nThe house is conveniently situated in the quiet residential area of Cheylesmore on The Mount and is a large end terrace with a well maintained garden.  \r\n \r\nI take pride in looking after my accommodation offering a well maintained, light and airy, clean,  prepared to a very high spec, stylish, modern living environment, thats comfortable and pleasant for the prospective tenant. \r\n\r\nI&#39;m happy to have  managed to  place like minded respectful people together., so far so good.  I take the time to get the right tenant that I think will fit in nicely  and get along with the tenants I already have.  It&#39;s a nice homely safe atmosphere.\r\n\r\nIt is very popular with JLR working professionals or anyone who wants easy access to main motorway links.  It is also close to and within walking distance to the town centre, Coventry train station. Asda, and Cheylesmore shopping parade. Public transport is very regular and the bus stop is a few doors away.  \r\n\r\nI tend to have long term tenants who become friends.  The first floor double room with ensuite will be available from 1st March.
