Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for students or couples. The flat is very well located — right opposite Tesco Express, with several bus stops nearby, a 9-minute walk to the Underground, and only 4 minutes to the DLR. The apartment has two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with dryer, and a spacious balcony. There is no living room, and the building has a lift and bike parking. You would share the main bathroom with me, as the second bedroom has a small en-suite. The room itself is a fully furnished double bedroom, exactly as shown in the photos.
