      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Double room available in house share with friendly, easygoing, down to earth and sociable half Italian / half Asian female in fully furnished house in Laindon/Basildon.  Originally born in Florida, USA but spent years in UK on and off when not going back home for long vacations to visit my folks and extended family.\r\n\r\nDOUBLE ROOM: Please note that the Double Room has now recently been refurbished to a light cream color (not blue anymore), plus will be having Sharps bedroom furniture fitted in and a brand new metal double bed frame with pocket sprung &amp; memory foam mattress from Dreams, which will be encased with a waterproof mattress protector. (The Sharps fitted bedroom comprises of 5-door tall wardrobes all hanging rails and top shelves, x 2 bedside tables, x 2 chests of drawers, a large desk/dressing table, matching laundry unit - (plenty of storage, especially for a couple). Also provided are brand new 4 pillows and a new duvet still packaged plus x 2 Double Bed Sets (Pillowcases, Duvet covers, and mattress covers) if you require using, but better if you have your own. You will also have your own Smart TV with Virgin Media. There is also a new Wall Mounted Glass Flat Panel Electric Radiator controlled via Smartphone (Handy on those cold winter nights you can switch on from your phone at least 15 mins before coming home)\r\n\r\nRecently just purchased a brand new larger capacity washing machine with Dryer (which can even fit a King Size Duvet), x 2 Toilets, Washroom/Cloakroom, Bathroom (recently refurbished and modernized with new shower unit and taps, new toilet, new vanity unit cabinet with large sink basin etc), Living Room/Diner, Back Garden &amp; Shed where you can store your bicycles if required).\r\n\r\nFree car parking space is also available.\r\n\r\nI am a huge movie fanatic, as you can see in one of the pictures of my DVD collection and you are welcome to watch. I have movies from horror, comedy, action, sci-fi etc and some are Korean, Japanese, French, Spanish, Italian, and Bollywood movies as well as Hollywood movies.\r\n\r\nThe property is 5-7 minutes walk to Laindon Train Station (Mainline C2C train service), which takes 35 minutes to commute into London Fenchurch Street/Tower Hill and 45 minutes to London Liverpool Street. The C2C service is a 10-minute journey to Upminster in Zone 6 with access to the District Line. There is also a mainline train service connection to Romford from Upminster, which takes 8 minutes. The C2C from Laindon is 20 minutes journey to Barking in Zone 4 with access to London Overground to Gospel Oak and 35 minutes journey to Zone 1 Central London. From Laindon Train Stn also there is 32 minutes commute to London Canary Wharf. Also for those driving it takes 15-20 minutes from my place to Brentwood, Billericay. Travel from Laindon to Stratford in around 30 minutes. I personally work in Central London in Chancery Lane/Holborn area and be able to provide fast traveling routes from my place to commuting into London after some years of experimenting the travel into London &#128512;\r\n\r\nThe property is situated very close distance to Lidl &amp; Tesco Supermarket in Laindon, Basildon Town Shopping Centre, Basildon Hospital, Ford Dunton Technical Centre, Bosch, AVL Powertrain, IFDS, Yazaki, CPT, VRCC, DB Schenker, CNH (New Holland). Excellent transport facilities including Train, Buses, and Taxis. Also easy access to A127 /M25. 20 minutes drive to Grays/ Lakeside Shopping Centre.\r\n\r\nLess than 10 minutes drive to a Leisure &amp; Entertainment complex, which includes, Cineworld Cinema, Hollywood Bowls, Indoor Golf, Health/Fitness Gyms, and a variety of Restaurants &amp; Bars including a Sports Bar and Night Clubs.\r\n\r\nThe rent includes All Bills (Gas, Electric, Council Tax, Water, Virgin Media (equivalent to Sky), TV Licence, Wireless Broadband, and occasional homemade meals. Please be warned I do tend to cook a lot of different cultural experimental cuisines and end up using my housemates as guinea pigs - so far not poisoned anyone as yet&#128523;. (Able to cook, American, British, French, German, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Moroccan, Mexican, and Japanese cuisines and make up my own specialties with ingredients left in the fridge to use). I also make work lunches (sandwiches or homemade food) and am happy to offer you also free of charge of course if enough food to go around (Mon-Fri). Definitely helps to save those extra pounds during the week that the supermarkets/cafe etc cost.\r\n\r\nWould suit a working professional who has a good sense of humor, easy to get on within a houseshare, and clean, tidy, respectful person is essential. Someone who wants to feel at home and be part of the household not just be stuck in their room 24/7, although privacy/space is respected. We also engage in going out for social events when we can, for example, cinema nights to Basildon Cineworld Cinema, Hollywood Bowling, Horse-Riding, Restaurants, Theatre, beach/seaside activities outside of Essex (Bournemouth, Devon, Cornwall, etc) woodland, nature reserve, festivals /exhibitions /sports events/ tv shows in London, etc, so if you like to be part of that more than welcome &#128512;\r\n\r\nIf you have successfully survived reading this advert then please feel free to get in touch &#128518;<div><img src="https://cdn.thehouseshop.com/245x185/202bbf6f40b83cad3bab5752a7bd6415.jpg" width="245" height="185" /></div>]]></content:encoded>
