Flat comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, large living room, bathroom, kitchen and hallway and 2 large storage rooms. The flat is fully furnished and the property is well maintained. Central heating throughout and brand new bathroom suite fitted with power shower with all modern utilities. The flat is now upgraded to high Speed Fibre Optics broadband facility, ideal for work from home situations.\r\n\r\nWe would like to have someone who is friendly, clean and would feel like it is a home. We would prefer non smokers. The rate includes most of the bills, excluding electricity. You would share the bills accordingly.\r\n\r\nLong term rates ( min 6 + month)\r\n\r\nDouble Room rent - &#163;600\r\n\r\nShort lets are considered at different rates:\r\nDouble - &#163;225 weekly, (all inclusive).\r\n\r\nDepends on your stay you would pay deposit which will be refunded once you successfully vacate the rooms.\r\n\r\nAll I am looking for is someone who treats the flat as a home and keep it clean and look after.
