Rooms are for single person and not couples.. Rent does not include council tax, water, and energy bills. \r\n\r\nThere’s a bus stop outside the house that will take you to directly to Elephant &amp; Castle and London Bridge. You will also share a brand new washing machine and a new very large fridge!\r\nThe room is furnished and equipped with a double bed frame, a mattress, a wardrobe and a bedside table. Being right across of both the bathroom and kitchen makes it easy and quick to access both facilities, and you will find it to be spacious and cozy with a large window and lots of natural light.\r\n\r\nTwo of the current tenants are staying and one is moving out, so this might also be perfect for two friends looking together!
