Also I&#39;m always welcome encouragement to declutter. Not that it is particularly crowded but still, I always appreciate the moral support!\r\nTwo huge lovely gardens. Your room would face over the back garden, it&#39;s nice and quiet around here too. You can&#39;t really hear any roads or anything.\r\nSuch a nice neighborhood with really sweet and kind neighbours. You&#39;ll be chatting to 94 year old Peter in a jiffy! Such a legend!\r\nIt&#39;s just me, a kindhearted vibrant music and games loving mum to 9 year old Amphi. She&#39;s the coolest kid you&#39;ll meet. We are very laid back. You are welcome to use all areas of the house. I only ask for a smile and a hello! &#128522; There is a lock on the room with two keys. Also have a spare mattress and bed frame if it is needed. Hanging out in the garage. Feel free to put whatever you need in the garage. There is space to park multiple cars on both the road and the street.\r\nI am asking &#163;900, all bills and council tax included for a single person. &#163;1100 for couples.
