The room is available 1st July but an earlier move-in can be discussed.\r\n\r\nI am looking for someone who is a like-minded young professional female (aged 25-38). We have prided ourselves on keeping a welcoming, warm vibe in the home so cleanliness is really important and we would like someone who not only be clean and tidy but is also considerate of common spaces and noise levels. While occasional, small social gatherings with close friends and family are always welcome, the house isn&#39;t for hosting parties.\r\n\r\nThe House:\r\nIt is ideally located, just a short walk from:\r\n\r\n- Barons Court Station (10–13 mins – District &amp; Piccadilly lines)\r\n- Hammersmith Station (District, Piccadilly, Circle &amp; Hammersmith &amp; City lines)\r\n\r\nYou’ll also have easy access to bus routes, plus Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Waitrose all within walking distance.
