This comprises of a large east facing double bedroom, with plenty of eaves storage, adjoining large ensuite, and dedicated office (or could be used as a dressing room?) off of the landing. All the furniture shown in the photos are to remain and are yours to use.\r\n\r\nThe bills are &#163;250/ month, this includes council tax, internet, electricity, gas and water.\r\n\r\nThe bedroom is very private and bright, with two huge velux windows with black out blinds. The ensuite has a double vanity and 1.2m wide shower. All rooms have recently been redecorated.\r\n\r\nThe rest of the house...\r\n\r\nMe and my 2 children&#39;s bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor.\r\n\r\nOn the ground floor there is a large shared kitchen and dining room with American style fridge freezer, double oven, large induction hob,  and dishwasher, utility room /WC with washing machine, tumble dryer.\r\n\r\nThe kitchen / dining opens up to  a lovely tidy west facing shared garden, and my garden workshop.\r\n\r\nLocation...\r\nThe house is situated on a very quite street within an LTN, just off Haringey Green lanes. Its a wonderful area with lots of lovely restaurants, a great local pub and plenty of shops. The house is about 5-7mins walk to Turnpike line.\r\n\r\nThe rooms are available now.\r\n\r\nAbout me...\r\n\r\nI am 43, an architect by trade and work from home. I love music, play a few instruments and enjoy to cook.\r\n\r\nI am house proud and maintain a clean, and orderly house.  It is important to me that you likewise like to live this way, and keep the shared spaces tidy. \r\n\r\nI have two children ages 11/14 (girl/boy), who live me half the time.
