      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Awesome double bedroom room available for rent in Island Gardens E14 from June 29th! &#127774;  Good amount of storage in room for clothes and belongings. Room also has a large mirror, and two chests of drawers. \r\n\r\nThe flats next to Mudchute farm, which has a unique city farm vibe. Just past this is ASDA, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes walk from the flat. Honestly 10/10 location as a whole- just close enough to Greenwich without paying a fortune. Island gardens DLR is a 30 second walk away &#128647; \r\n\r\nFlat mates are two easy going people, down for the occasional night out- but generally very chill. Flat is kept to a tidy standard. Bills come to about &#163;70 a month, flat is double glazed and really efficient energy wise so this is less in winter. &#128293; \r\n\r\nReally well sized garden which we often use for BBQs during the summer months. Also equipped with wooden decking. Large living room, which has a nice desk for working from home. Separate washroom with brand new washing machine and extra storage.\r\n\r\nRound the corner you have mudchute farm, and Greenwich, which can be accessed in 10 minutes via the Thames foot tunnel.\r\n\r\nLive out landlord is really professional and attentive.
