In a quiet but perfect location near the city-sark in Greenwich, the flat is situated right on the river with beautiful views of Canary Wharf, London Bridge and Greenwich.\r\n\r\nRoom is furnished with a large wardrobe, bed with storage, a chest of drawers and bed side table. A few of my items I am willing to sell.\r\n\r\nRent is &#163;1250 for the room, this includes the water bill and a parking space.\r\n\r\nBills on top are (per month):\r\n&#163;104 Council Tax\r\n&#163;14 WiFi\r\n&#163;60-80 energy (but probably going down due to warmer months)\r\n\r\nFlat is a 2 bed with a larger bathroom and bath, with plenty of storage available. Lift to flat (4th floor) and parking too.
