      <content:encoded><![CDATA[My student residence room is very comfortable and modern. It has a large window with beautiful views of the city, which makes the room feel bright and spacious. I have my own private bathroom, so I don’t have to share it with anyone, and that makes daily life much easier.\r\nThe kitchen is shared, and it is well equipped with everything I need to cook. Besides the main kitchen, there are also some private kitchens available for students who prefer more privacy when preparing their meals.\r\nThe residence has great common areas. There is a gym where I can exercise every day, and a leisure room with karaoke, ping pong, billiards, and darts, which is perfect for spending time with friends and relaxing after classes. There is also a laundry room, so I can do my washing without leaving the building.\r\nOne of my favorite spaces is the cinema room, where we can watch movies together on a big screen.
