The apartment is in a great central location: 20 Daventry Street, a 2-5 min walk from Marylebone Station and Edgware Road. My roommate is very clean and she will be travelling the majority of summer, so you will pretty much have the place to yourself. If you&#39;re interested, please contact me. Also, the move-in date is very flexible; you&#39;re welcome to come and view it beforehand if you&#39;d like.\r\n\r\nThe conditions are to pay for three months up front as well as a one-month security deposit that would be paid back to you if there were nothing wrong with the flat at the end of your stay.
