      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hello!\r\n\r\nWe have a sunny, fully furnished double room available in our welcoming North London home. \r\n\r\nThe room is bright and comfortable, with everything you need to move straight in:\r\n• King-size bed\r\n• Desk\r\n• Chest of drawers\r\n• Clothes rail &amp; shelving\r\n• Optional linen if needed\r\n\r\nYou’d be sharing with:\r\n\r\nMakeda (me!) – I work as the Artist Liaison Manager and project manager, so I’m often around creative projects and events. I work remotely from the living room (which doubles as my home office).\r\n\r\nAnd Hera – my incredibly sweet blind rescue dog. She’s chill, affectionate, and truly the heart of the home.\r\n\r\nThere is a third room that may get rented out, but currently it&#39;s just me and my dog (and you).\r\n\r\nThe House:\r\n\r\n• Large communal kitchen\r\n• Wet room/shower\r\n• Garden\r\n• Lots of plants and greenery (we’re big on a cosy, lived-in feel)\r\n• All bills included (council tax, WiFi, gas, electricity, water)\r\n• Cleaning products &amp; communal basics included\r\n\r\nThis isn’t a party house. It’s a relaxed, respectful home where we enjoy the occasional chat in the kitchen as well as happily doing our own thing. It’s peaceful, grown-up, and comfortable.\r\n\r\nWho We’d Love to Live With\r\n\r\nSomeone who:\r\n• Is naturally clean and tidy (we rotate cleaning of shared areas — once every 3 weeks each)\r\n• Is considerate and emotionally mature\r\n• Has their own life but enjoys friendly interaction at home\r\n• Is working outside the house Mon–Fri (since I work remotely)\r\n• Appreciates a calm, harmonious environment\r\n\r\nYou don’t have to be ultra-social, just open, kind, and proactive about keeping shared spaces pleasant.\r\n\r\n\r\nPractical Bits\r\n\r\n• Minimum stay: 3 months (with potential to extend)\r\n• Fully furnished\r\n• Warm, stable household\r\n• Quick communication &amp; responsive landlord situation\r\n\r\nIf you’re looking for a comfortable home rather than just a room; somewhere steady, kind, and drama-free, this might suit you really well.\r\n\r\nSend a message with a bit about yourself, what your routine looks like, and what you’re hoping for in a house share.
