The location is ideal with everything nearby — bus stop, tram, post box, Tesco, M&amp;S, petrol station, Subway, laundrette, car wash and Co-op.\r\n\r\nThe room is very spacious with a king-size bed, fully furnished with TV and WiFi. There’s a toilet right opposite the room. The house is modern, well decorated and has a newly done kitchen.\r\n\r\nI’m looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who takes care of shared spaces.\r\nThe rent includes all the bills even wifi. \r\n I work until 1pm on weekdays, so the best time to call is after 1.
