The house is a very spacious large Semi detached Victorian property which has been decorated to a lovely high quality standard and is very homely.

The water pressure in the Bathroom is also high which is great for having a quick shower when in a rush to go out :-)

The communal kitchen is fully fitted with the latest kitchen appliances including Microwave - all integrated. Plus washing machine.

Though I am a live in landlady, I am a up beat friendly easy going.

I am very busy person and so everyone in the house hardly knows I'm around :-) - I am always happy to have a little catch up and say hi and be of help if anyone needs help with something. i. e Bulbs need changing or general info about the area or the house set up.

I only rent to like minded working professional's from all walks of life,. who all like to do all their socialising out side of the house knowing that they have a peaceful, friendly considerate home to come back to where everyone is, approachable friendly and very easy going.

It's not a student type of house hold, or party type / hostel kind of house hold.

It's friendly and chilled environment where also privacy is respected all round.

There is always a positive light atmosphere in this home. Always calm and relaxed vibe.

Everyone in the house works long hours.

3 of the people renting are Vets, though they had never met before till they all took up one of my rooms at different times :-D

One of the other tenants is a lovely young man who's a lorry driver. So again, all walks of life ! But all do our own thing too.

They are all lovely people. :-)

Westcliff on Sea station is literally a 2 minute walk away from the house, the local shops for everything you need is a 5 minute walk away and bus station too.
It's in a great location all round with also the sea front just 5 minutes walk down the road ! There is parking on the road along the street. Worst case scenario along the road at the bottom of my street. But you'll always find a parking space.

I have a cleaner that comes in once a week to clean the communal areas, and if anything needs repairing, I take care of this asap :-)

I have two indoor persian cats, which do not bother anyone at all.

They are very loyal to me and so spend most of their time in my work room which is especially fitted out as almost a separate area to the whole house and sound proofed.

The house is kept very clean, you would not even know that there are two indoor cats in the house ! :-)

They sleep most of the day in my own room :-) And are very nervous shy little fur babies :-)

So, If your looking for a place to live which feels comfortable, relaxed, has privacy, but at the same time friendly with people who like to go out to socialise and come back to a nice peaceful set up with consideration and respect for each other. and don't mind living with a live in landlady who's got a good sense of humour and sincere. who you'll hardly see.!
