      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Deposit 500 \r\n\r\nRent &#163;819 (excluding bills) \r\n\r\nBills usually around &#163;120 \r\n\r\nThe flat is rented as a whole this means it is each of our responisibility to pay our portion of the rent and if leaving, find a replacement for the room you vacate. \r\n\r\nEach of us will take responsibility for a bill or few bills. And each month we use splitwise to pay eachother.&#160; \r\n\r\nThe flat is kept very clean and tidy and the flatmates respect eachother. Female household only. \r\nIf having visitors over we let eachother know as its polite just to give a heads up. \r\n\r\n\r\nThe room itself is unfurnished ,however i am happy to leave the bed and mattress if you would prefer. \r\n\r\nWe are 2 minute walk from brent cross tube station on the northern line so its easy to get into central london.&#160; 5 minute walk to big tesco and 10 minute walk to brent cross shopping centre. The house is very calm and age of tenants is late 20s -30s \r\n\r\nPlease let me know if you would like a room viewing and we can organise. \r\n\r\nLooking for someone to move in july or august time.
