The atmosphere here, overlooking the field, is very calm and peaceful. South-facing garden. Perfect for a woman. Myself and the current tenant enjoy going for walks. You would be welcome to join us if you wanted to. There is a gym down the road, great community and a good range of shops on the high street. There are lots of clubs, e.g. netball and rugby. Plus, other events, like cinema evenings in the Town Hall, to enjoy. There is one bathroom, and it is kept immaculate. Neighbours are lovely. All bills included (reasonable use), along with wifi. In winter, I like to keep the thermostat on at least 21/22 degrees.
