It’s fully furnished (all furniture mine) and genuinely a lovely place to come home to at the end of the day.\r\n\r\nAbout me:\r\nI’m 40 and work full-time in consulting. I value a peaceful, respectful home environment, somewhere that feels settled and comfortable rather than hectic. I’m sociable and friendly and always up for a chat over dinner or tea, but I also really appreciate having our own space and downtime.\r\n\r\nAbout you:\r\nIdeally a working professional (30s+), considerate, tidy and emotionally intelligent, who enjoys a calm home atmosphere. This isn’t a party flat, it’s more of a grown-up, relaxed space. Ideally you wouldn’t be working from home 100% of the time.\r\n\r\nThe room:\r\nA double-sized partly furnished bedroom (or unfurnished if required) with its own private ensuite bathroom. It’s a great set-up, with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs in the maisonette, offering a good level of privacy and separation.\r\n\r\nRent: &#163;1200 pcm\r\nBills: Around &#163;200 pcm\r\nDeposit: &#163;1330\r\n\r\nThe flat is on a very quiet, safe street in East Dulwich, close to multiple transport links, shops, lovely parks and great coffee spots.
