Please note that there are often dogs staying here. At the moment there are none, sometimes there can be three. So a love of animals is important, and it means that the living room sometimes has a dog or two in there - and is not everyone&#39;s idea of a chill out area. No smoking in the house but you are welcome to smoke in the back garden.\r\nYour pets are welcome within reason. No overnight guest stays except possibly by arrangement. The rooms are not en-suite but there is only me and one other person living here. Electric shower. Good sized kitchen, garden and your own fridge and freezer. Council Tax, Gas, Water and Electricity Wi-fi/Broadband included in price but not landline.
