      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hello!\r\n\r\nMy lovely flatmate is moving out and I&#39;m looking for someone to take over her unfurnished double room!\r\n\r\nHouse &#127969;\r\nThe room is part of a 2-bed house super close to Salisbury station (a 3min walk I think?). It&#39;s also right on Fisherton Street (so close to loads of cafes and shops) but set back from the road with a little courtyard so there&#39;s no traffic noise - ideal location! It&#39;s also a 4min walk from a big Sainsburys, and 8min from the Market Square!\r\n\r\nThere&#39;s a big open plan kitchen-living room upstairs - the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and storage two people could ever need with the cozy living area to curl up in after work.\r\n\r\nRoom &#128719;️\r\nRent - 537/month\r\nBills - around &#163;60/month\r\nIt is a light &amp; airy unfurnished room, with a good size window! The window overlooks the courtyard - so nice and quiet.\r\n\r\nHousemates &#128111;‍♀️\r\nJust me and my two kittens! We&#39;re all very polite, clean and respectful. I&#39;m a 25yo trainee solicitor at a nearby firm, so I would love to live with another sociable professional girl, ideally in her mid-twenties and a cat-lover too.\r\n\r\nI take full ownership of all the kittens&#39; upkeep - so the only thing they&#39;ll ask from you is maybe a little cuddle every now and again! Pudding is a lovable little scamp who is a massive fan of cuddles, treats and any and all games but lacking in brains. Potato is a shy baby who takes a while to warm up to everything other than her dinner and pencils (specifically). They&#39;re both very sweet-natured and don&#39;t attack furniture (or people!). They&#39;re also indoor cats, so no risk of them bringing in any fluffy victims from outside.\r\n\r\nIf you or someone you know is interested, please feel free to reach out.
