We have enjoyed living in this house for over 27 years and are only leaving to ?downsize? now that our family have grown up. The location has been ideal, a fifteen minute walk from Shenfield and it?s mainline station, our own local shops with a post office within a two minute walk and a footpath adjacent to the house next door giving access to the playing field behind our house and woodland walk to the Rayleigh Road.
Being within catchment for Shenfield High, Long Ridings Primary and St Martin?s schools has been key for our family. The extension provided large additional living and storage space and was designed such that the study walls can be removed to make a large through kitchen/dining space spanning the full width of the house if desired.
