We have TWO lovely double rooms available in this friendly flatshare. Both are furnished with bed, wardrobe and bedside table(s). Room 1 comes with an extra wardrobe in the corridor, and Room 2 comes with a small desk .

The flat has a convivial living room with both a dining table and a sofa/TV corner, and access to a little balcony. We have a separate bathroom and toilet, both of which have been completely refurbished recently. You can expect all the usual mod cons, including a washing machine *and* tumble dryer.
We're looking for friendly and clean professionals who wants to live somewhere that really feels like home. You'll be sharing with a French female, who loves films, cats and cheese. :)
Rent is £525 pcm + bills. Bills bring it to about £600 per month, and that's for electricity & gas, water, TV license, council tax, broadband, plus the household shopping that we share (cleaning products, kitchen foil etc).
One-off agency fees including reference check + contract: £156
