Hey Eveyone! \r\nIm unfortunately having to leave my great flateshare to go back home to Australia. We are looking for a friendly new flatmate to join the flat.\r\n\r\nThe bedroom available is a nice spacious room and comes with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, small shelf, mirror, and fitted wardrobe.\r\n\r\nThe flat has three other bedrooms, a sitting room, 1 bathroom (separate bath and toilet). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine.\r\n\r\nThe flat is located just mere meters away from Victoria Park, Bonder gate and its Sunday market and Regents Canal. It is a 10 min walk to Bethnal Green Underground and about a 12 min walk to Cambridge Heath. There are also plenty of buses nearby: 8, D3, D6,388\r\n\r\nDeposit is £650. Bills come to roughly £40 a month - gas, electricity, water, council tax, Virgin internet and TV. Sometimes we also have an amazing cleaner, Zam-Zam, who comes in.\r\n\r\nThe current flatmates work in marketing and law. We enjoy relaxing in the lounge together; we have fun nights, watching TV, playing board games/cards or just chatting. We also like to go out at the weekends together (pandemic permitting).
