Each room is fitted with a smoke alarm and a key pad lock giving you peace of mind that your valuables are safe when you’re not in. Each room has a small double bed, fitted double wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside cabinet, a small dining table and two chairs plus an easy chair for relaxing. All carpets & mattresses are brand new and rooms are modern and newly decorated with new plantation shutters at the windows. For those that like a good soak and to relax, the bathroom contains a bath with a shower over. The shared kitchen includes, glass, cutlery and pots and pans with the use of the washing machine for laundry. Upon request, the front garden can be available to use during daylight hours and the garden is maintained by us. We have a regular window cleaner for the outside windows. Both of our rooms are single occupancy, unfortuna we do not accommodate couples, children, DSS, smokers or pets.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (Council Tax, TV Licence, Electricity, Gas, Water & Broadband) Some on road parking is potentially available. Unlike letting agents, there are No fees & No contract but we do have house rules. If you want house parties, this is not the place for you. We are looking for considerate lodgers from 24 years + but would not be adverse to mature well behaved younger persons.
About us. We are a mature couple, work from home and have a little Cockerpoo dog called Mazie who likes to keep us all in check!
These rooms would suit clean, tidy, considerate full time workers/medical professionals or commuters.
