When we talk about celebrity all that comes to mind is the Glamour, Style, Fashion, Cameras, Actions and off course Rumours.  Most of us would believe or rather made to believe that almost all celebrity are attention seekers and they always prefer to be in the thick of things day in and day out just to be in maintain their popularity. This notion is not necessarily very true. They are human after all and they do seek some privacy and solace away from the buzz and shutterbugs.

Probably this is one big reason why they hunt for big real estate properties that offer them the much needed comfort and privacy.  This has been a trend among many celebrity couples and singles alike.  This has opened a new avenue for the real estate business. In the effort to capitalize on this growing popularity many agencies are rolling out Celebrity Real Estate schemes by showcasing elegant properties across the whole of Europe. There is a huge market for this out there and ample room for all.

The reason is simple these celebrities are ready to shell more and more on privacy and on entertaining space. They generally look for something that suits their personality and stature along with all luxury amenities. The list of luxurious amenities could include an indoor basketball court, jetted tub along with a dining room,fire place etc and some could be even more lavish.

Some of them are buying new property and some are selling for reasons known to them.

For instance a real estate consultant is assisting Celine Dion to put her 18million mansion up for sale. This beautiful four-storey palace built on 24,000sqft with six bedrooms, a paneled library, a vaulted wine cellar and a dining room which can sit 18 members was built in the style of a French chateau. This beautiful mansion is built on a private island Ile Gagnon.

 

Even the 7,638 sq ft, 600 hundred year old MalmesburyHouse that has a reception hall, drawing room, study and library is up for sale and one can own it for as much as 5 million.

This Celebrity home in the Hamptons with 7 bedrooms along with several walk-in Wardrobes, marble heated floors, an extravagant dining hall, anoak-panelled library, fire places, a media room and well of course a swimming pool cost $18 million and belongs to Jennifer Lopes.

The Beckhams who have spent out 40m on this Mansion in West London which still needs “some work given its price.
