The amount you pay for RentScore Plus will depend on your rental income and the number of tenants you have in the property.

RentScore Plus fees are taken in easy monthly payments, starting from as little as £19.99 per month, and are automatically deducted from your rental income. So there's nothing to pay up-front.

The prices above includes up to 2 tenants in the property.

The pricing for RentScore Plus HMO is charged as a monthly fee of £4.99 per tenant, plus £10.00 per room (or tenancy agreement).
RentScore Plus rent collection has partnered with leading credit ratings agency, Experian.

Experian's Rental Exchange allows landlords and letting agents to register their tenant's rental payments and reflect late or missed payments on tenant's credit histories. The fact that tenant's rent payments will now impact on their credit score helps to incentivise on-time payments. Tenants who reliably pay their rent on time and in full will be rewarded with a boost to their credit file - making RentScore Plus a win win for both tenant and landlord.

When you sign up with RentScore Plus, we contact your tenants and set up secure Direct Debit payments according to the amount and due date you specify.

When you tenants make a payment, the money is immediately stored in a secure, ring-fenced client account and then transferred to you via direct bank transfer. The RentScore Plus fee is automatically deducted from your rental income, so you will receive your monthly rent amount, minus the RentScore Plus fee.
