Andrew and Gabriella Morrison spent their lives as anyone of us, working to pay off the mortgage, lives revolving around their finances.
The Morissons decided that they were sick of that lifestyle and made a courageous move to downsize.
They decided to build their dream home, and it only cost them £22,000. They live mortgage free in this 207 sqft space, which has not only improved their quality of life, but also their marriage.
The self-built dream home comes with a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, fridge and sink. It has a reading area and office desk, which also turns into a dining table.
They have stairs that lead into a loft area, which they have also used as closet space for their clothes. No space wasted!
Their bedroom (which is in the loft) fits a queen sized bed and a big dresser for more storage. Not only do they have a bedroom in the loft, they also have a small living room with a seating area kitted out with a TV.
